WHO CARES?

It is not difficult to understand why the President and Congress want amnesty for 30 million illegal aliens, allow another 60 million of their relatives to come, and permit the other 40 million in Mexico to come in when the North American Open Borders policy takes effect by 2010?

But, what gives the President and the other misfits the right to destroy this country without our consent? Wouldn't you at least feel better if they asked for our permission?

One gets the opinion that the people have given these clowns rights that are not expressly apart of our U.S. Constitution...you know that g-- d--- piece of paper that Bush refers to.

If not, why are we being so pathetically meek in our response to their egregious attacks on our freedoms under some guise of "War on Terror?"

Is that not an act of terror to allow open borders?

Help me to understand why watching football, curled up with a mountain of chips drooling with salsa, is more important than saving one's country?

Doesn't it occur to "Joe Sixpack, or his fellow compadres," that if they want to enjoy their 3-4 hours of bliss they better start paying attention to what the government and the secret police are up to?

He and his pals may have to work those hours in a sweat shop to pay for the chips and salsa, but not have the time nor resources to watch or afford the state controlled TV sets.

Do you comprehend what American's want from their country? I am having difficulty.

The Meaning of Illegal and Amenesty

Letter to the Editor: (Published: Idaho Press-Tribune, October 2, 2006)

The Meaning of Illegal and Amnesty…..

Let’s Stop the Word Games, please…..

Entering the Unites States, other then by legal means, is a violation of U.S. law and is therefore, “illegal.”

Any foreign citizen that has entered the United States, other then by legal means, is in violation of U.S. law and illegally residing in the United States and is therefore subject to arrest and deportation for violating U. S. law.

Any plan that will allow people in the Unites States “illegally” stay in the United States legally, without being subject to arrest and deportation, is therefore an, “Amnesty,“ therefore, The McCain (Reid)/Kennedy plan, which allows people in the United States “illegally” to stay in the United States legally, without being subject to arrest and deportation is an, “Amnesty“ and therefore, those supporting McCain's plan; granting “Amnesty” to people in the United States illegally, regardless of how they try to disguise the plan, it is still an “Amnesty“ plan.

Any plan that not only provides an “Amnesty” for those in the United States “illegally” but also allows a path to U.S. citizenship is not only an “Amnesty” for violating America law, but a reward for violating American law, which makes having that law useless.

A nation without a border is not a nation, therefore, any plan that allows a path to U.S. citizenship is not in the nations best interest and may cause the loss of U.S. sovereignty over it's own territorial borders, which will eliminate the United States of America as a sovereign nation of the world, which would therefore make advocating such a plan not only stupid, but close to being treasonous.

Get it? You're a traitor and a criminal if you aid and abet an “illegal alien” even if you change the language to "Undocumented Immigrant". It's a nice criminal try though.....

Unhappy American

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE?

About the time our original thirteen states adopted their new constitution in 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh , had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years earlier:

"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government."

"A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury."

"From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship."

"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years."

"During those 200 years, those nations always progressed through the following sequence:
1. From bondage to spiritual faith;
2. From spiritual faith to great courage;
3. From courage to liberty;
4. From liberty to abundance;
5. From abundance to complacency;
6. From complacency to apathy;
7. From apathy to dependence;
8. From dependence back into bondage"

Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota , points out some interesting facts concerning the 2000 Presidential election:

Number of States won by: Gore: 19; Bush: 29
Square miles of land won by: Gore: 580,000; Bush: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Gore: 127 million; Bush: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Gore: 13.2; Bush: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory Bush won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of this great country. Gore's territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some 40 percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called 'illegal aliens' and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in substantially fewer years.
Our demise is accelerating.

Pass this along if you wish to help others realize just how much is at stake, knowing that apathy is the greatest danger to our freedom

The Honorable Senator Larry E. Craig

Dear Senator:

It is time that Congress tells the truth about the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. There is no question that President Bush and other global corporate elites, perhaps even you, are hiding the truth about this plan to abolish the United States as a sovereign nation. There are too many people involved, and too much activity going on, too be just a mere dialog between countries.

Only recently (September 12-14, 2006), there was a high level secret meeting of key players from Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. in Banff Springs Hotel, Alberta, Canada to discuss the implementation of the North American Union. Our Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, was one of the principal speakers. If it was only a friendly get together between countries, why the secrecy? Why was there no public disclosure of the participants and text of each speech. This is serious collusion behind our backs? There have been no press releases, nor statements from any Congressional group, or the governments themselves, so we must assume you don't want us to know what you are planning for our future. I believe you are afraid if we know, the patriotic Americans, Canadian, and even Mexicans would reject this plan outright. Many of us love our country and choose to remain free.

If it was not so serious it would be comical how the Senate is pushing for legalizing illegal aliens, while knowing when the SPP reaches fruition the borders will magically disappear and everyone will be able to move freely throughout the northern hemisphere. Once, you have destroyed the middle class then everyone will be competing for the cheapest jobs in order to survive. What a boon for Corporate elites. Now they will have a huge pool of slaves that will effectively compete on a world scale for the cheapest labor. Even our Communist friends in China are job outsourcing to Vietnam, because $72 per month is viewed as too costly for some businessmen. How much of that $72 must be returned to their masters for room and board?

Senator, many Americans are very displeased with what our government is doing. In particular we are extremely upset with the President, his administration, and most in Congress for their refusal to listen to the people. We are angry at their concerted push to destroy this sovereign nation for the benefit of a few elite. Both political parties are "two peas in a pod", neither represents the will of the people. Many are looking for alternative candidates unaffiliated with the Republican or Democratic party. Unless you take action to defeat this SPP plan Idahoans will know the truth about your desire for a one world government and they will work to end your political career.

Sincerely,

Subject: The 14th Amendment

Was the 14th Amendment correctly ratified legally, and if so, why are the courts interpreting the clause to include all births on U.S. soil?

Could it be, they have ulterior motives?

In 1865, 27 of 36 states ratified the 13th Amendment to abolish slavery. This included 10 of 11 Southern States. The original Constitution did not recognize negroes as citizens, so in order to accomplish this and other objectives the 14th Amendment was proposed.

Because most Southern States objected to the terms, the Northern States refused to seat 22 Senators and 58 Representatives from the Southern States. The Northern States passed, over President Johnson's veto, the Reconstruction Acts, which placed Southern States under Military Rule, replacing the original legislative body by a group of individuals willing to ratify the 14th Amendent.

The Amendment was certified as being adopted by Secretary of State William Seward in spite of the fact:

1) The joint resolution was not submitted to or adopted by a Constitutional Congress,

2) The joint resolution was not submitted to the President,

3) The proposed 14th Amendent was never ratified by 3/4 of the States as required by
Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

Hence, the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is "NULL AND VOID,"

Therefore, all babies born under the guise of this Amendment are not citizens.

It should be noted that Jacob Howard author of the "CITIZENSHIP CLAUSE" defined the citizens as being all other persons, but not those who are foreigners, aliens, and those who belong to families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.

HOW CAN THE GOVERNMENT CONTINUE TO PERPETUATE SUCH A LIE?

Congress does not need a Constitutional Amendment to right this situation.

Do they have the political will?

Sent to The Idaho Statesman, Boise, Idaho as a Readers View, on 12 June, 2006, and have not received confirmation that it will be published.

Reader’s View

One of the most often quoted phrases used by politicians is that we are a nation of laws. You might even be fooled that they are enforced.
For some twenty years since the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 was passed and amnesty for several millions of illegal aliens was secured, immigration law has been ignored by government administrations.
Between then and now we have seen the illegal alien population grow to twelve (Census Bureau) to twenty (Bear Stearns) to nearly thirty (Daneen Peterson) million. No one knows for sure.

Although, people in every State of the Union are being pressured by this invasion, our President has largely avoided stopping the flow. Why, because it is contrary to what, the elites in the country are working toward . . a dissolution of this nation and forming a one world government consisting of the elite and a worker class. To accomplish this goal they must eliminate the middle class.

The middle class is being systematically dismantled by outsourcing and replacement with others willing to work at much lower wages. Allowing millions of poorly educated to enter the country serves no purpose except to create greater financial burdens on middle class citizens.
Unfortunately for the elite the people are rebelling and demanding the deportation of all illegal aliens. Then, for what reason would the Senate want to put aliens on the path to permanency rather than causing their removal through attrition and deportation?

Simply, the incumbency of many Senators depends on support from their corporate and business sponsors, and the latter are addicted to a ready supply of laborers willing to work for slave wages. The view of the Idaho Statesman staff, published on June 11th attests to this logic.
The only need is to continually feed the growth engine that requires new slaves as “. . workers are leaving entry level jobs for work in landscaping, construction, or services.” The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act (CIRA, S. 2611) provides for this explicitly. It also serves another purpose not expressed specifically.

Senator Craig, praised by the Idaho Statesman, further revealed why we need a continuous supply of new workers. Rick Waitley, Reader’s View, IS, June 9th wrote, “Sen. Craig recently stated that by the time baby boomers begin to retire in 2010, it will take 500,000 additional new immigrants each year to keep the economy growing . . . to ensure . . . us to collect Social Security when we retire.”
Not surprisingly, CIRA increases yearly work related visas to 450,000 plus another 200,000 so-called essential workers per year.

Speaking of numbers, Robert Rector, writing for the Heritage Foundation estimated that the population of the U.S. would increase by 66 million in 20 years under this bill. Our quality of life is rapidly diminishing due to urban sprawl, congestion, loss of open spaces, and pollution. How dismal will life be in the future for your children?

Did I mention costs to implement this monstrosity? Rep. Mike Simpson commented that the CBO estimated it would cost $54 billion over the next 10 years for mandatory expenses.
I am not sure that even includes the costs for supporting anchor babies and family reunification.
Baby boomers may get their social security, but so will millions of Mexicans at our expense.
Yeah, they will pay taxes, but will reap the earned income tax credit that will pay their fines and social security.

Once the federal government gets their amnesty and guest worker programs implemented there will be a sudden lack of urgency and money to pursue other immigration law enforcement.
